Our mission at Galilee By The Sea is to encourage and enable all to express their spirituality through missions and the arts.  We accomplish this through mission camps for church youth groups, environmental and arts workshops, and events that encourage creative expressions through music and other creative arts.

Galilee by the Sea was founded in 2001 by Philip Pennington when he was serving as a pastor in Brunswick County.  Galilee is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that is dedicated to serving those in greatest need in Southeastern North Carolina.  Our new 9000 sf chapel and community center along with a 3000 sf deck that overlooks a gorgeous forest is scheduled for completion by Christmas.
